铸造废气通过引风机抽出,由引尘罩管道进入除尘器设备再进入光催化除臭设备内,在高能紫外线照射下,使挥发性有机物(VOCs)化学键开环和断裂等多种反应(光化学反应),降解转变成CO2,H2O等低分子化合物;
Foundry exhaust gas is pumped out by induced draft fan, and then enters into the deodorizer and photocatalytic deodorizer through the dust cover pipeline. Under high-energy ultraviolet irradiation, the chemical bonds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are opened and broken, and many other reactions (photochemistry reactions) are degraded into low molecular compounds such as CO 2 and H 2.
一方面利用高能紫外光照射空气中的氧气生成臭氧,臭氧吸收紫外线生成氧自由基和氧气,氧自由基与空气中的水蒸气作用生成羟基自由基,一种更强的氧化剂,与醇、醛、羧酸等有机废气,彻底氧化为水、二氧化碳等无机物。
On the one hand, high-energy ultraviolet light irradiates oxygen in the air to produce ozone, ozone absorbs ultraviolet light to produce oxygen free radicals and oxygen, oxygen free radicals react with water vapor in the air to produce hydroxyl radicals, a stronger oxidant, with organic waste gases such as alcohols, aldehydes, carboxylic acids, and thoroughly oxidize to water, carbon dioxide and other inorganic substances.

排放达标标准:执行《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)二级标准和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)二级标准.臭气浓度低于:无量纲2000。
Emission standards: Implement the second-level standards of "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) and "Odor Pollutants Emission Standard" (GB14554-93). Odor concentration is lower than: dimensionless 2000.
